Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Beauty Again Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the AI-based hospital management solution services (the “Services”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

   “Services” means the AI-based hospital management solutions provided by the Company.
2. 2.
   “User” means an individual or legal entity that receives the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
3. 3.
   “Account” means a combination of letters or numbers selected by the user and approved by the Company for the purposes of identifying the user and using the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. 1.
   These Terms take effect with respect to all users who wish to use the Services.
2. 2.
   The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and the amended Terms take effect when they are posted on the website.
3. 3.
   Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Services.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of the Services)

1. 1.
   The Company provides AI-based hospital management solution services.
2. 2.
   The Company may modify the content of the Services in order to improve their quality.
3. 3.
   The Company will notify users in advance of any modification to the Services, and will notify users individually of material changes.

Article 5 (Obligations of Users)

   Users must comply with these Terms and all relevant laws.
2. 2.
   Users must use the Services only for legitimate purposes and must not infringe the rights of others or engage in any illegal activity.
3. 3.
   Users must provide accurate personal information and must update it immediately if there are any changes.

Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. 1.
   The Company establishes and implements a Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.
2. 2.
   Details regarding the collection, use, retention and processing of personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. 3.
   The Company protects personal information securely in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. 1.
   The Company is not liable for interruptions of the Services caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war or terrorism.
2. 2.
   The Company is not liable for any disruption to the use of the Services caused by reasons attributable to the user.
3. 3.
   The Company is not liable for the user’s failure to obtain the revenue the user expected from using the Services.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. 1.
   Disputes concerning these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. 2.
   The competent court for disputes related to the use of the Services shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
3. 3.
   In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual consultation.
